The function of managers vary according to rank each in the company. In this case, the level or levels of management in large enterprises usually there are three levels of management :
     • 1. Top Management. usually occupying management is managing director, president or vice president, GM (general manager) CEO (Chief Executive Officer), CIO (Chief Information Officer) and CFO (Chief Financial Officer).      • 3. First Line Management or Supervisory. Management is the first level of the lowest levels. The first level of management can also be called a supervisor.
